Micronesian Resource Center
One-Stop Shop

Moving to a new place can be a challenge.
Our team is here to help.

The Micronesian Resource Center One-Stop Shop (or MRCOSS as we lovingly call it) is a special project of Mañe'lu that provides informational and educational resources to individuals and families migrating to Guam.

While we are able to provide our services in the home languages of many of our brothers and sisters moving to Guam from the Freely Associated States, we’re here to help anyone moving to Guam.

This project is funded by the U.S. Department of Interior, Office of Insular Affairs and is staffed with a knowledgeable multilingual team, many of whom, understand the struggle of moving to a new island.

Our Services

We can offer our services anywhere on the island through the use of our Mobile Access to Information Van.

Our team is equipped with laptops, scanners, portable Wi-Fi, and can provide interpretation and translation services in Chuukese, Pohnpeian, Kosraean, and Yapese. By removing language barriers, we can ensure important and confidential information is communicated accurately.

If you would like to schedule an appointment or schedule our Mobile Access to Information (MAI) Van to come to your neighborhood, please contact our office.

  • We assist with preparing or filling out a variety of applications and documents such as:

  • Interpretation and translation services provided in Chuukese, Pohnpeian, Kosraean, and Yapese.

By removing language barriers, we can ensure important and confidential information is communicated accurately and allows us to provide a variety of culturally and linguistically modified workshops.

We can assist with your transition to life on Guam by ensuring you are filing documents and applications properly and equipping you with the necessary tools to help get you started in your career.

Our team regularly assesses the needs of pocket communities on island. Upon assessment, we distribute food and donated essentials to members of these communities and offer our case management services to individuals and families.
